Chataweb.com operates as a search index and aggregator for adult live streams. We do not host, store, or upload any media on our servers. All visual depictions are streamed directly from originating host networks. We respect the intellectual property rights of others and comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512).

If you believe your copyrighted work is indexed on our site without authorization, you may submit a formal takedown notice. A valid notice must include the following information:

• A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
• Clear identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
• Specific identification of the URL or link on our site that indexes the infringing material.
• Your contact information, including an address, telephone number, and email.
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner.
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notification is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner.

Upon receiving a valid and complete DMCA notice, we will quickly remove or disable access to the index link referenced in the notice. Because we do not host the content, this will only remove the link from our search results. To permanently delete the broadcast, you must file a separate takedown notice with the host network where the stream originates.

If a broadcaster believes their link was removed in error, they may submit a counter-notice. This counter-notice must be in writing, signed, and include: (1) identification of the removed link, (2) a statement under penalty of perjury that the material was removed by mistake, (3) the sender's contact details, and (4) a consent statement regarding federal court jurisdiction.

Once we receive a valid counter-notice, we will forward it to the original complaining party. Under federal law, we are required to restore access to the disputed link within 10 to 14 business days, unless the copyright owner notifies us that they have filed a court action seeking an injunction against the provider.

We enforce a strict policy to terminate access for repeat infringers in accordance with 17 U.S.C. § 512(i). If a third-party partner platform consistently indexes unauthorized content, we will discontinue indexing their services and block their APIs from our search portal.
